terms of service

by commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service stated:

i have the absolute right to decline a project if I feel the request is something i can’t deliver well. i do not accept commissions with hardcore R-18 content and offensive themes. the client will only receive digital file(s) of the commission.✔ will draw:

Gore, Furry, Heavy NSFW, Realism, AI references, Mechapayments:
upfront payment must be made before i begin the commission. no refunds, but i offer revisions. only refunds if i cannot go through with the request.revisions & delivery:
after receiving the payment, i will send you the sketches or WIPs. i offer a maximum of 3 free revisions for sketches until the sketches are approved. after the sketch is approved, i will have the commission completed. 1-2 updates will be sent during the sketch, lineart, and colouring phase. 1-2 minor adjustments at the finishing stage can be requested for free (<5% of the work, including hues, missing details, etc.). any further edits will have additional fees added to the overall cost. complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work. changing references is allowed if I haven’t started on your commission. please ask first if I have started or not. no major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.additional fees:
commercial usage (Vtuber/PNG Tuber)
extra edits past the working phase
complex or extra detailed characters
props that are large enough to be considered an extra person
complex props or weapons
express delivery or rush fee (a week or two less than expected date)usage:

proper credits are required for all artwork. to ensure this, please directly add the link of either my vgen, twitch, or twitter! simply putting my name is not considered proper credit. my links of all my socials are accessible on all my websites and discord.intellectual property rights:
with commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork as well as Vtuber or streaming activity. Ex. t-shirts, stream overlays, ads and other promotions. the commissioner is allowed to, for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art for themselves only and use the art with proper credit given to the artist. purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 10% of original price unless mentioned in the commission posting. artwork, both in the work in progress and final piece, may not be used for AI training/AI reproduction/AI modification. if you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be revoked.refunds:
no refunds after the art has been completed. minor changes can be offered if the art is unsatisfactory, up to the artist's discretion. any refunds requested after the sketching phase will be 50% of the price paid, up to the artist's discretion. failure to adhere to my TOS may constitute a refund. a public blacklist will be made for anyone who files a chargeback without proper consent!communication:
all client and request discussions will take place through VGen.
i will not be adding anyone on Discord or communicating through email at this present time.
